My psychiatrist increased my meds

I think it's a good idea. Lamictal, one of the anti-depressants I'm on is going up by 25%. I think that's a good thing.

My psychiatrist really likes me. She also had a scale in her office and I weighed myself. I weighed 305 lbs and it really looks like I'll be under 300 (and no longer considered obese) by my next visit. She said I didn't look like I weighed 300 lbs anyways. She didn't believe me at first when I told her that.
