Feeling a little bit better but still shaky

Candi and I talked for a couple of hours last night. I started to cry and she helped me. I think I needed to cry. I used to cry all the time but I had been feeling so numb for years. I think I always considered crying one of my biggest weaknesses but when I do it once in a while it helps me. I want to be a strong person but at the same time I want to feel better. Candi has been there for me this past week more than any other time in years. I appreciate her for that.
