It's not like the guy hasn't ALWAYS looked older than he was, but it's been that way for such a long time, his age caught up to his appearance. It's hard for me to believe he was 93.

The issue will probably be on the site by the end of the week. Tomorrow is probably overly optimistic, but also not impossible.

Sick day today (I got my Covid shot yesterday and that always makes me woozy.) Did a bunch of stuff while I was home, including working on the issue.

The issue is "finished". I am 19 pages through the first edit, which is essentially a second coat of paint. It will take less time that the first coat of paint, but still a few days. The second edit will be the third coat of paint, but I'm only doing it for the characters and SOME objects, not the backgrounds, so it will take even less time than that. The seven final edits will take me around a day. The first five of those seven will essentially be me rereading the issue five times, looking for any final mistakes. Then I scan and read the issue on the computer doing to the same once. Then I preview the issue on the site (rereading it a final time) and then it's on the site!

My prediction of a week a couple of days ago was probably overly optimistic, but also not impossible. I'm kind of on a streak right now!

I will be so excited to share The Terran Wars with you all!

Then 7 edits, scanning, 2 more edits, and then it's on the site. I will guess it will be done within a week, but I really am goofily hoping for Sunday (which is a longshot). But yeah, it's almost done.

I think it looks great. I really do. The cool thing to me is that despite being inked and colored, the roughness of the rest of my work is still present. It looks great, but part of me thinks if it had looked polished, it wouldn't look like my art. I'm very pleased with it. And I hope you will be too.

Word of warning: Start of a new book? (Book Thirteen: The Terran Wars) Check. But watch out for those Spoiler Quotes at the beginning. They are doozies.

What am I thinking so far of UnComix Tales: The Terran Wars: Chapter One "The World Savior Massacre"?

This issue is going to be brutal for long-term Un-Iverse fans. I can also state just based on the inking and what I've colored so far this is going to be the best-looking issue so far. And it kind of won't even be close.
