McCain did a campaign stop where he said he didn't know how many houses he owns. Obama latched onto the issue like a pit-bull and did a whole bunch of negative ads about it and McCain's people threatened to bring up Rezko and Revenrand Wright. Basically the campaign just turned REALLY dirty. I think this will probably be the dirtiest campaign in living memory just because instead of the Republican saying all of these untrue smears and the Dems taking it it will be BOTH candidates going highly negative. I have to say I don't like that idea but honestly, it's probably the only way Obama is going to win. I especially like how Obama has like, three skeletons (Rezko, Ayers and Wright) while McCain has dozens (Keating Five, Katrina, calling his wife a C**t in public, saying he supports Bush 90% of the time, calling Vietnamese g**ks, his temper and warmongering and many others). The fact that the smears against him are also all true, instead of just guilt by association like the Obama stuff is something that will probably win Obama the election.
People are already saying that yesterday was the day Obama won the election. We'll see.
Of course not. But if McCain is going to get all of his surrogates to make Obama out as some scary terrorist Muslim elitist there really IS no other option. I wish it were different. I'm sick of this election already.

Keating Five is questionable, I'll admit but every single other example I listed about McCain is true. Whether it will effect the election or not is debatable but everything I wrote is true.
