The most exciting news to me is that they are already working on the second and final set. I was REALLY worried the superior second season would only come to DVD solely based on sales of the first set which I am a little bit wary of as it's kind of shaky.
Bad news: the Kids WB! first season only contained 11 episodes. I was hoping they'd include the TRUE first season finale (Zero Hour) which originally aired as the second season's premiere and the "lost" episode Ro's Reunion. Thankfully, they'll both be on the next set but I was kinda hoping they'd give people extra incentive to buy the first one.
Still, this is the set that contains the only "true" Batman Beyond crossover (Shadows) even though there was a crossover of sorts featuring Mind Games' Brain Trust in Ro's Gift. So that should help sales a bit.
