Shirley Walker died?!?!?!

Why do good people have to die so young? I'm always scared of people I really like dying.

Shirley was a great composer. I loved her Batman theme more than Danny Elfman's. She knew how to make the music sound herioc and she made great themes for all of the individual characters. I am so sad that this happened.

I used to play the piano and I hope that they will come out with sheet music for Shirley's DCAU stuff eventually. I also think they should release a DCAU soundtrack. I am so sad this happened.

Two days ago

I posted my first diary/ article on Daily Kos. Let me know if I should link to it or not. I'm not sure if it is good or not. It was about mental illness and how progressives should try to help people who are suffering. I'm really nervous about it but it DID get a few positive responses and even a bunch of recommends.
