Top Ten most overrated DCAU episodes EVER!

I am totally going to get reamed for this but this is only my opinion so I wouldn't take it TOO seriously. Some episodes have been added and dropped from the last time as this IS a fluid list. Also keep in mind that a lot of episodes on this list ARE excellent, it's just that they are given more credit than they actually deserve.

Radio Pundits suck

At Dwayne McDuffie's forum there a thread there about how a congresswoman was arrested for striking a police officer.

BOORTZ: She looks like Tina Turner peeing on an electric fence.

MARSHALL: OK, so you don't like her hair.

BOORTZ: Yeah, OK, I don't like her hair. I'm sorry.

MARSHALL: That being said, I think a lot of people would say it looks a lot better than those cornrows she was wearing. You can't tell me that's dignified.

BOORTZ: Well, I'm not a big cornrow fan but I got used to her with that. OK?

MARSHALL: So she's staying the same for you?

BOORTZ: She looks like a shih tzu!

MARSHALL: I like Cynthia's new hairstyle.

BOORTZ: Well, there you go. Differing opinions.

You've read what I had to say about Cynthia's hairstyle. It does, indeed, look like ghetto trash; but that's now what I said on the air today. I said that she looks like a ghetto slut. Know what? That was wrong. That was overboard. I know Cynthia McKinney. I've know her for years. We have always gotten along just fine .. kidding each other ... needling each other. I remember her spotting me sitting in the House visitors gallery one day and yelling (with a smile on her face, by the way) "Neal Boortz! Who the hell let you in here?" I've known her father much longer than I've known her. I don't like her politics one bit, as I said on the air yesterday and today, I think that she has an endearing personality and a million-dollar smile. That being said, I don't think that it is right to use the word "slut" in any description involving her or her hairdo. So ... my apologies. I'm big enough to admit when I'm wrong ... and I was wrong. At least I didn't slug a police officer. I have that going for me.

People like this are alway calling for people they don't like to be assasinated. Why do they get off the hook from death threats after they say stuff like this?

Simpsons Movie coming

I am really torn. I've wanted a Simpsons movie ever since the series started. But the fact that the series has been renewed until 2008 means that it won't be the epilogue I was hoping for and the series will probably stay on the air forever. That's kind of a bummer since it just isn't the series it used to be.

I also have to say the 25 second trailer was REALLY disappointing. I know the segment they did with Homer in the Superman shirt won't be in the actual movie but I am totally worried that if THAT was the best gag they could come up with, this movie will just be a two hour recent episode of the series. I want more and considering how complimentary Matt Greoning has been about South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut I thought the producers did too.

I really want this to be a good movie but unless the series ends soon I don't see how it can be if movie production is running concurrant with the making of new episodes.
