Therapy day

I wasn't able to think straight during my session. I kept having bad thoughts. I was able to stay the full hour though.

Melissa took me today. I always feel less scared with Melissa but I still was scared today. Hopefully next week will not be so hard.

On a related note, my psychiatrist increased me meds. She said that they upped dose should help me sleep easier and have less nightmares. I hope so.

Thanksgiving tomorrow. I'm a little nervous but at least I'll be able to see my sister tomorrow. I think I'll ask her if the first DVD set of Gummi Bears would be a good Christmas gift for my niece. I've been watching the episodes and it's a wonderful show. As great as I remembered.

I tried. I didn't actually have a good night's sleep (nightmares again). I hope it just takes a few nights to kick in.
