I don't think she did certainly not when he made that call as seemed like she was about to reveal it when they were dancing when she found out that Pointdexter got out of prison. Again, I didn't really watch season 3 but looking it up I did find out that it was Fisk who was the one who broke Pointdexter's back trying to kill him when he tried killing Fisk and Vanessa in the season 3 finale of that show. So obviously Fisk does want Pointdexter did so likely saw the opportunity of transferring him to a prison that would off him as a way to go about that.
