True but Peter has the benefit of experience now. He didn't use the power until Future Sylar gave him the watch. If I sent three agents that pissed off Sylar so much he blew up, I'd kill Future Nathan, too.
The only two I'd go for is teleporting him into the Sun or stripping his power away and locking him away like with Alpha in MiB.
