Sacrifice of Angels: I don't think Q should have been used AT ALL on Voyager. I liked seeing the Organians on Enterprise especially since it didn't violate continuity.
It WAS planned for this Christmas but they thought it would make more money in the Summer so they changed it. It actually makes more sense for it to be a summer flick so I don't mind.
