My prediction Re: 2016 Presidential Election.

Donald Trump will win the Republican nomination and the presidency. Mark my words. Why? Because we are a terrible country who sucks at everything we do and we deserve someone that bad in charge.

The fact that we've had eight years of sanity and good government with Obama is a total aberration. And his lukewarm approval ratings show that we NEVER appreciated what a fantastic job he has done. We are a nation of ingrates.

Just the fact that Donald Trump leads in the general election polls, at any point, means it's over. Because there is literally not a worse thing Trump could do than say a Fox News host was suffering from bleeding from her lady parts. Which he did a week ago. And is now in the lead.

I could get it if the Republican primary electorate forgave him for that. They all suck. But just that idea that ANYONE would want to vote for somebody that gross and low-rent in the general election means we're hopeless. The Supreme Court is gone for a generation, assuming America actually lasts that long.

And did I mention he's obnoxious? He's super ugly, with an annoying voice, and always talking about how great he is. Brainy Smurf should NOT be leading in general election polls. And yet, here we are.

Screw it. I'm not even going to try anymore. The country is doomed and I'm sure people will think it is funny to elect a bonafide racist / fascist because he does Don Rickles insults and was on reality television. I'm sure all of the immigrants who are murdered in hate crimes won't find it so funny, but have a good laugh, America. You deserve it.
