Worst cartoons EVER!

I DO have one disagreement with the list however. SilverHawks doesn't belong anywhere near it. Oh, yeah, SilverHawks STINKS and IS a really bad show but dang it is just so pleasantly entertaining to rubberneck. Watch an episode and you'll see what I mean. What were the creator's smoking when they made this show? Who came up with the idea of the alien mime kid? The Cowboy pilot and his rainbow guitar? A Monster that turns into a robot riding a giant space squid? A suck up snake character called Yessman? Or my personal favorite the weird alien cab driver and that annoying bird thing in the back seat.
Stoners say Scooby Doo is funny while you're high but I sincerely doubt it. However I expect that the reefer madness of SilverHawks would contribute to the best burn since seeing Fantasia in a smoke filled theater.
