You're forgetting that they had Mary Jane in their Spider-Man TAS Happy Meals and Catwoman and Poison Ivy in their Batman Returns and BTAS Happy Meals. Granted, this was years before they split up the meals into boys and girls toys but it's not unprecendented.

I just hate Peter so much that I may have transferred my dislike to the actor.
