Peter killing Nathan was a mistake on his part and you could tell how surprised he was when he did it. He didn't do it because Nathan deserved it he did it because he couldn't control The Hunger. I'd rather just not have to deal with it.
Teleporting him into the son would work as would pushing him into a black hole or a hole in another dimension like that guy in Villains was able to do.
